The hotel offers comfortable and clean rooms, although the presence of a snorer next door can be bothersome. The service is extremely nice at both check-in and check-out, contributing to a very pleasant overall experience. The location is good for a short stay off the 81 highway with convenient food choices nearby, despite some noise issues due to poorly located ice and soda machines. The dining experience varies from good with a variety of choices to subpar due to outdated items like yogurt and bacon. The facilities are decent, though some areas need improvement.

The hotel had some drawbacks in terms of room odor and the location of certain amenities, but overall, it was a decent stay with friendly service and good dining options nearby.
